I built the first part of my career inside large companies such as CPFL, Motorola, NEC, Alstom and Schahin. At CPFL, I carried out feasibility analyses for power generation projects, among others, and helped create payment collection points for electricity bills and turn them into banking correspondents.

I founded Think Ahead in 2006 and have worked through it actively since 2012, leading strategy consulting and executive education projects. I have trained entrepreneurs in pharmacy retail, worked at Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic, including its commercial and marketing fronts, and supported higher education institutions in three cycles of Brazil's Mais Médicos program.

Since 2016 I have been a partner at Ribas Secco, a forensic accounting and economic analysis company. That is where I refined how I read numbers as evidence: testing assumptions, finding what does not add up and standing by conclusions in front of those who disagree.

Today I focus this experience on advisory boards and committees, write about decision-making and give keynotes and training to business owners, executives and board members. Positive psychology, which I studied at postgraduate level, and the works of Tony Robbins are references I bring to how I work with people.
